Error #2038

If you are on a Mac and seeing an Error #2038 when uploading, watch the video above for a solution.

The error is due to a bug in a recent version of Flash Player for Mac, it doesn't affect Windows machines.

If you use Chrome you will most likely be seeing this problem, Google will issue an update in the next few days that will stop this problem from happening. Until then the simplest solution is to download the latest Flash Player http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and use Safari for Mac while the bug is fixed.

Flash is only used on the DPG upload screen, the rest of the site is HTML5 so is unaffected. We'll be replacing the uploader with a pure HTML5 version as soon as Internet Explorer is capable of supporting it.
